- betterenglish.com.au does not advocate the use of plagiarism and will not correct any text that is discovered not to be the original work of the author. In cases of explicit plagiarism, no refund will be made.

- betterenglish.com.au cannot correct papers that are not sent in word form. If a paper is not in word form, it will be send back to the client. Any re-submission will incur an additional administration fee.
- betterenglish.com.au does not advocate the correction of any paper which is a test of the client's English ability. Any paper deemed to be an English test will not be corrected and no refund will be made.
- betterenglish.com.au reserves the right to keep all submitted papers in an archive for up to 10 years. All these papers are protected by betternglish.com.au's privacy policy.
- betterenglish.com.au will not correct any paper that has not been paid for in full
- betterenglish.com.au only begins the correction turnover time from after the payment has been made in full.
